We do not have any dog friendly rooms in the House but all of our cottages welcome four-legged friends for an additional charge of £30 per stay.
Prices are in pound sterling and subject to change.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We reserve the right to pre-authorize your card prior to arrival.
For Cottages:
A payment of 25% is required to confirm a booking with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the date of arrival. A payment of 100% is required to confirm bookings within 14 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that a guest wishes to cancel a booking, the following refunds will be offered:
Cancellations made not less than 14 days prior to the check-in date - 100%.
Cancellations made not less than 7 days prior to the check-in date - 75%
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date - 0%
Bookings made within 14 days of the check-in date shall not be eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.
For Bedrooms in Yearle House:
A payment of 25% is required to confirm a booking with the remaining balance payable upon departure.
In the event that a guest wishes to cancel a booking, the following refunds will be offered:
Cancellations made not less than 7 days prior to the check-in date - 100%.
Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date - 50%
Cancellations made less than 2 days prior to the check-in date - 0%
Refunds will be subject to an administration fee of 2.5% of the amount being refunded.

We can also accept payment by BACS. In order to make a booking using this payment method please call +44(0)7779 33 0707.
To secure a group booking (3 or more rooms) we require credit card details and a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost of the booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total account, which will be payable 7 days prior to arrival. If the booking or a part of the booking is cancelled 14 days or less before the intended arrival, 100% of the cost (less the deposit) for the total stay will be charged to your card.

For the comfort and safety of all our guests we are exclusively a non-smoking establishment.
We reserve the right to charge guests for any damage caused to property or structure of Yearle House. Also, anything removed or taken. We will make a charge to the guest’s credit/debit card or send an invoice for the cost for payment to the guest’s registered address.
The liability for guests for their account is not waived and guests agree to be held personally liable for any charges incurred during their stay. In the event of a booking for more than one room (a group booking) the lead or registered guest providing credit/debit card details is personally liable for any person, group, company or association that fails to pay all or part of such charges.
